Saturday 11/2/12 - Endurance - Outside

Team circuit 4 per group

Aim is to cover as much ground as possible as a team within 24min

1. Team sled push/run

2. Every 3min change who is on sled

3. Every 3 min also complete:

- Deadball throwdowns x 5 each

- Rotational planks x 5 per side each

- Mountain climbers x 5 per leg each
