The Enliven Group Training Schedule

Our Group Training schedule consists on 1 hour long classes guided by one of our expert trainers. Each day will consist of the unique Enliven workout of the day, with one of our 6 styles of workout. Our training schedule follows a carefully planned out seasonal training cycle to maximize results, and to allow for adequate muscle recovery and strengthening.


The Enliven Open Gym

For our valued Enliven members we have some Open Gym time slots available every week, so you can get your own workout and/or stretching and rehabilitation in at no extra charge. Make use of these open gym time-slots whenever you can.
